HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Jesse Matthew Jr., the man accused of killing two university students in Virginia and was later arrested in Galveston County, is expected to plead guilty Wednesday.
Matthew Jr. is accused of kidnapping and murdering two college students, University of Virginia student Hannah Graham and Morgan Harrington, who was also a Virginia college student.
Matthew was arrested in September 2014 on a beach at Bolivar Peninsula.
Terms of the plea deal have not been released, but Matthew is already in prison after he was handed three life sentences for a 2005 sex assault.
Graham, 18, disappeared in September 2014 after a night out with friends in Charlottesville, where the school is located. Her remains were found weeks later in an area about 12 miles from the campus.
Harrington disappeared in 2009 after attending a Metallica concert in Charlottesville.
