Striking steel workers told to leave Shell Plant in Pasadena

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Workers protesting outside the Shell Plant off Highway 225 in Pasadena Friday were told to leave.

Shell tells us the striking United Steel Workers were given a notice to vacate the property following what they claim was more than 100 infractions, such as blocking the gates to the plant.

The refinery strikes are going on nationwide and locally, in their 13th day now.
