San Antonio man, woman charged in baseball bat killing

SAN ANTONIO, TX -- San Antonio police have arrested a man and a woman who they say beat a man to death with baseball bats while the woman's three children waited in another room.

Police have charged 35-year-old Candie Dominguez and 28-year-old Daniel Lopez with murder. They were arrested Monday after authorities say the victim's body was found wrapped in trash bags in their garage.

His identity hasn't been released.

A witness tells police that the suspects attacked the man in Dominguez's bedroom. The witness says Dominguez said to keep the children in another room.

Dominguez and Lopez are each being held at the Bexar County Jail on $250,000 bond. It wasn't immediately available if they have attorneys.
