Police: Man who fell from roof of bar was drunk, had drugs

FRESNO, CA -- Authorities in Madera say a man's suspicious behavior led to his arrest.

Madera police spotted Jorge Osuna trying to hide on the roof of Frankie's Bar after responding to a possible fight there. They say the 18-year-old was not originally suspected of any crimes, but he drew attention to himself by climbing the building, which is located on Yosemite Avenue near C Street.

He later tried to climb back down, but fell instead. Officers say they discovered Osuna was drunk and in possession of meth and cocaine.

Osuna was transported to the hospital to be treated for injuries related to the fall. Once he is released from the hospital, he will be booked into jail.
