PETALUMA, CA (KTRK) -- There were several grotesque and hideous dogs in Petaluma, California yesterday. But in the end, there could only be one champion.

Quasi Modo won the title of World's Ugliest Dog.

He is a pit bull Dutch shepherd mix. His birth defects gave him a hunchback.

A veterinarian from Florida adopted him from a shelter. While Quasi Modo might look scary, his owner says he has a bubbly personality.
