ROSENBERG, TX (KTRK) -- Two people have been injured in a fight at a Chick-fil-A drive-thru in Rosenberg.
Officials say the drive-through was partially blocked by a construction crew. Two people in a car were trying to navigate around them and got into an altercation with a construction workers. The worker was stabbed, authorities say, and taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Witnesses say the man was stabbed in the back and the leg.
"They left and they came back," said one witness. "When the guy started getting out, my cousin went to shut the door on him and told him to leave. That when he stabbed him in the leg. And when my cousin went down, he swung again and stabbed him in the back shoulder."
The two men in the vehicle were taken into custody for questioning. One had received wounds in the altercation, and was also taken for treatment.
Police say they haven't determined who was the aggressor in the situation and whether the customer may have been acting in self-defense.
