HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Houston man accused of killing his wife and leaving her body in a refrigerator wont' be getting out of jail any time soon.

A judge denied bond this morning for Patrick Lambert. Prosecutors say he stabbed his wife, Anastacia Oaikhena-Lambert, 19 times before stashing her body.

The body wasn't discovered for 10 weeks.

Patrick Lambert was arrested earlier this month in Queretaro, Mexico, which is more than 500 miles south of the Texas-Mexico border. Their son, Achilles Lambert, was also found safe in Mexico.

This morning, the judge ruled he is a flight risk and did not set a bond amount.

Patrick and Achilles were flown back to Houston last week.
