HOUSTON -- A large fire that burned at a northwest Harris County warehouse is still under investigation Friday night.
The fire marshal says a trailer carrying plastic wrapping material caught on fire. The warehouse building, on the 9100 block of Tuab, was destroyed. The repair shop services heavy trucks and 18-wheeler's.
According to one neighbor, he heard and felt an explosion.
"Heard the explosion. A bunch of my windows blew out, I came back here, saw the flames going up and I called 9-1-1," Ray Lopez said.
Another neighbor says her house shook.
"It was a loud bang and blast," Elizabeth Juarez said. "It was scary."
No one was inside the warehouse and no injuries were reported. The case is still under investigation.
