Man shot in the leg during robbery in northwest Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man is hospitalized after he was robbed and shot in northwest Harris County.

It happened in the parking lot of a club on Veteran's Memorial.

The man told deputies he was sitting in his car when he was approached by three men who demanded his wallet and shot him in the leg.

The man said while he was bleeding in his car, the trio stole his wallet and disappeared.

Police are still searching for suspects.
