Man may face charges in deadly ATV crash in Splendora

A man may face charges after a deadly ATV crash in Splendora last night.

Deputies say several people were inside the ATV on FM 2090 near Tommy Smitch when it crashed and flipped over around 2am.

The victim suffered a head injury and was taken to hospital, but later died.

The driver of the ATV was tested for possible drunk driving.
