Man fights back during robbery, stabs alleged thief

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police say a man fought back with a knife as he was being robbed by multiple thieves at the Carrington Apartments in northwest Harris County Saturday night.

It happened just after 10pm on Barker Cypress at FM 529.

The robbery victim stabbed one of the robbers. The other thieves fled.

The suspect who had been stabbed was caught and taken to the hospital in critical condition.

A man who was with him is being questioned.
