Man eating nachos leads police on chase in SW Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man's late night snack in southwest Houston turned into a police chase.

It started when a man was eating nachos inside his car on South Main near the Loop.

An officer asked the man what he was doing and the man sped off. That sparked a short chase that ended when the man stopped near Willow Bend.

When officers asked him why he drove off, he said he got into an argument with his girlfriend and thought she called the police on him.
