Man charged with intoxication manslaughter in connection with fatal accident
SPRING, TX -- Following a fatal wreck Sunday at the intersection of FM 2920 and Falvel Road, one man has been charged with Intoxication Manslaughter for the death of a 58-year-old woman.
On Sept. 21 at 11:47 p.m., Deputies with Harris County Constable Pct. 4 Constable Ron Hickman's office were dispatched to a major wreck involving a fatality.
When deputies arrived, through their investigation, they discovered a deceased female in a 2008 Chevrolet car. Further investigation determined that a man in a 2012 GMC Sierra truck was proceeding east on FM 2920, at which time, he allegedly ran the red light at the intersection of FM 2920 and Falvel Road and crashed into the victim.
The driver of the GMC, identified as Alejandro Lozano, 37, struck the victim's car on the driver's side portion of her vehicle, allegedly killing her at the scene.
