Man charged with capital murder passes out in court

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man charged with capital murder passed out in his first court appearance in the case.

Dalton Deune Jones, 26, is charged with the fatal assault of Alejandro Gonzalez-Alonzo, 43.

After Jones passed out, deputies picked him up and escorted him out of the 183rd State District Court. In the video, Jones can be heart crying as he's taken away.

Jones is accused of attacking and killing Gonzalez-Alonzo during a robbery on Tuesday at 17133 Imperial Valley in North Houston.
