North Carolina man accused of biting girlfriend's tongue

RALEIGH, NC -- Police have charged a Chapel Hill man with nearly biting off his girlfriend's tongue, and causing permanent damage.

Luke Lazurus Marion IV, 29, of Isley Street, was arrested by the Raleigh Police Department Monday. He's charged with felony malicious maiming.

Bond was set at $250,000.
