Lumber yard on fire in north Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Skyeye HD is over the scene of a lumber yard fire in north Houston.

Eyewitness News called 911 around 6:35am after spotting flames coming from the Buildrite Spool & Lumber building located in the 300 block of Hambrick. Flames can be seen quickly spreading through the building and to equipment outside.

Harris County firefighters quickly arrived after the 911 call and worked to put out the flames. The fire was tapped out around 7:10am.
