Katy-area cheerleading coach accused of sexually assaulting student faces new abuse allegations

KATY, TX (KTRK) -- A popular Katy-area coach charged with sexual assault is facing new accusations.

Investigators say a second victim is claiming she was sexually abused by Devincent Phillips when she was 15-years-old. The 40-year-old owns and Coaches at Xcel Athletics in Katy.

He is already accused of assaulting another female student there three times.

Detectives believe there could be more victims.
