CYPRESS, TX (KTRK) -- Gold bars and several pieces of unique jewelry were stolen from a home in Cypress back in July 2013 and now authorities are asking for the public's help - releasing photos of those stolen gold items -- to identify the thieves.

A reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information in this case.

The theft happened on July 22, 2013 in the 11300 block of Stonecreek Bend. The house was completely ransacked and numerous pieces of jewelry and three three-ounce gold bars were taken.
