EXCLUSIVE: West U shooting victim has emotional homecoming with family

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A father shot last week during a rampage in West University was part of an emotional homecoming on Monday evening. As he returned home for the first time after seven days in the hospital, Kevin Chap's daughters couldn't wait to hug him.

"It feels surreal. I didn't think I'd ever get this chance again," Chap told Eyewitness News exclusively after the heartwarming reunion.
