GEORGETOWN, TX (KTRK) -- The owner of a day care center near Georgetown faces charges in the death of a baby at her business.

Officials say Holly Harrison is charged with injury to a child and tampering with physical evidence.

Georgetown Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to All About Kids daycare in Williamson County around 10:30 a.m. Jan. 13.

Officials say 5-month-old Brody Havins choked on a mitten. Autopsy results are pending.

The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services says Harrison voluntarily agreed to stop caring for children after the boy's death.
