Coldspring fugitive arrested near Cleveland

CLEVELAND, TX -- The San Jacinto County Sheriff's Office apprehended a man on Monday, March 2, who allegedly eluded law enforcement since Feb. 24 following a traffic stop.

Robert Wayne Ivey, 30, of Coldspring, is charged with Escaping from Custody and is being held without bond on a parole warrant in the San Jacinto County jail.

The escape charge against Ivey stems from a traffic stop on Feb. 24 in the Camilla Bottoms area of San Jacinto County, south of Lake Livingston.
