KEMAH, TX (KTRK) -- The man known as 'The FInnisher' in local television commercials for a car dealership is in trouble with the law again.

Riku Melartin was arrested by Kemah police earlier this week for DWI and bribery. According to court records, his blood alcohol level was more than .15, which is above the legal limit of .08. He's in the Galveston County Jail with no bond.

Details of the arrest weren't available.

The arrest violates conditions of his bond. Melartin had been accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls in 2012. He's currently charged with five counts of sex assault of a child, indecency with a child, tampering with a witness, compelling prostitution and sexual performance by a child.

Melartin, the car dealer from Finland, became known as "The Finnisher," in TV commercials for John Keating Chevrolet, after running down a robber in Bellaire in early 2012.
