HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A capital murder suspect was among four people arrested in a burglary last week in north Harris County, investigators say.

Marcelino Osuna, Ruben Moreno, Jr., Michael Alvizio, and Karina Betancourt were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon after deputies arrested them inside a home in the 4800 block of Hollybrook Lane on Tuesday.

Deputies responded after a neighbor reported seeing them enter the home. Investigators say once inside, the suspects held two women and several children at gunpoint.

Osuna, 26, was out on bond for the January 2014 stabbing death of Jesus Leal Valez, whose body was found buried in the back yard of a home in the 5200 blockof Mohawk.

Osuna is being held without bond at the Harris County Jail.
