Big rig driver loses control, causes huge mess in north Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An accident involving a big rig driver left behind a huge mess in north Houston.

It happened around noon along the North Freeway near Little York.

According to witnesses, the 18-wheeler driver lost control while entering I-45 north and struck a vehicle. The driver then left the roadway and crashed through a parking lot, hitting several vehicles and took out a column underneath an auto shop business.

Remarkably, there were no injuries. The accident is under investigation.
