Bicyclists play dead at Houston City Hall
It's all part of a silent protest calling for safer roads after four cyclists were killed in just about a month's time

HOUSTON -- A crowd sprawled out on the lawn in front of Houston City Hall Tuesday to bring attention to cyclists' deaths on city roads.

In the past three weeks, police reported four bicycle-related deaths. Three of those involved a car or truck.

Tuesday, demonstrators staged a "die-in" to encourage city council to focus on safer roads.

They also want more accountability for drivers involved in bike related accidents.
