ROSENBERG, TX (KTRK) -- Police have now arrested a man accused of exposing himself in front of students headed to school.

The Rosenberg Police Department says Marlon Alvarez, 34, was arrested Tuesday morning after an officer, patrolling the area what the incidents took place, noticed a vehicle matching the description of the truck reported to investigators by victims. The officer stopped the driver for a minor traffic offense, then he was arrested for minor traffic violations.

Detectives say Alvarez admitted as they interviewed him to several acts of "indecency" involving children on their way to school.

We reported first last week that police were looking at man who exposed himself to at least 3 girls ranging from 12 to 18 years of age.

Charged with Indecency with a child by exposure, a 3rd degree felony. Bond has been set at $75,000.
