Amber Alert for missing 13-year-old discontinued

CUERO, TX (KTRK) -- An Amber Alert that had been in effect for a missing 13-year-old DeWitt County Girl has been discontinued.

Phoebe Nichole Hughes had last seen in Cuero this morning at around 5am. She was believed to be with a 34-year-old man.

We got word shortly after noon that she was found safe. At this point, we don't have details of her disappearance or if there were any arrests.
