FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Four people are in custody after a frightening home invasion in Fort Bend County.

The victims gave the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office a frightening description of what happened on Bucks Bridge Lane, just a couple of blocks from Drabek Elementary.

Investigators said a young woman called 911, saying her dad was downstairs and she heard people break in.

Deputies said they were there within minutes.

Two Fort Bend ISD schools were placed on lock out mode after a nearby home invasion, district officials said.

"When our first deputy arrived, the suspects ran out the back door. We then set up a perimeter and after about an hour with the help of our K-9 and helicopter and a couple of other police agencies we were able to catch all four," Fort Bend Co. Sgt. Major Chad Norvell said.

School officials at Fort Bend ISD placed two campuses on lock out mode as officials searched for the suspects, including Drabek Elementary School and Kempner High School.

The district said the doors were locked at those campuses but school instruction was continuing.

No injuries were reported during the incident.
