Police: Man groped student at Lone Star College-University Park

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Lone Star College officials said a male student was fondled this morning in a restroom at their University Park campus in northwest Harris County.

The student was washing his hands around 11:10 a.m. when another man entered the restroom.

Lone Star College Police said the man approached the student from behind, shoved him, then spun him around before grabbing his genitals.

When the student began to defend himself, the suspect fled the scene.

The suspect is described as being possibly Hispanic and was last seen wearing a red shirt.

Police believe the suspect may have a bruised or cracked rib from when the student struck him in defense.
