Suspect in 2 Kroger robberies sought
Authorities are looking for a suspect linked to two Kroger robberies.

CYPRESS, Houston (KTRK) -- The Harris County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help identifying a robbery suspect linked to at least two Kroger robberies in the Cy-Fair area.

According to deputies, the suspect entered the Kroger on FM 1960 on the morning of Aug. 18, showed a clerk a pistol concealed in his waistband and demanded cash. He then fled the scene in a dark-colored pickup truck.

Three days later, the same suspect is believed to have entered the Kroger at 9125 W Sam Houston Parkway and ordered the clerk to give him all the money in the register till.

The suspect is described as a white male between 60 and 65 years old who stands 6' tall and weighs approximately 250 pounds. He has graying hair and a ruddy complexion.

Anybody with information about the suspect's identity is asked to contact the Harris County Sheriff's Office Robbery Unit at 713-274-9210.
