FALSE: No broken levee in Pecan Grove neighborhood in Fort Bend County

FORT BEND COUNTY (KTRK) -- Fort Bend County Judge Bob Hebert addressed rumors concerning a levee in the Pecan Grove neighborhood.

Hebert said the rumor that the levee was broken is not true.
