Debate over Confederate monuments continues at Houston's City Hall

On Tuesday, 19 speakers made public comments before Houston's city council members. They discussed support and opposition to confederate monuments in the city.

Council members said a majority of speakers supported keeping the monuments. It followed last week's public comments, where a majority of speakers spoke about their support of the monuments removal.
