HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A pickup driver has been arrested after leading deputies on a wild chase in northwest Harris County.

Deputies said the suspect made at least five U-turns getting on and off the Grand Parkway.

Deputies later radioed in that they spiked the suspect's vehicle. When the man bailed out of the pickup truck, they ended up shocking him with a Taser.

Deputies have been chasing a suspect up and down Grand Parkway since early this morning

The chase lasted for a little more than an hour, and ended near Highway 99 and Highway 249.

The driver of the pickup had been going around 85 to 90 miles per hour trying to get away from deputies.
