HOUSTON -- Segment 4 - A talk with the driving forces behind "Peli Peli," the only South African fusion restaurant in Texas. Executive Chef Paul Friedman and Co-Owner Thomas Nguyen discuss the restaurant's African, Dutch, Portuguese and Asian cuisine influences. Nguyen also discusses the restaurant's role in "Prom Party Palooza," which gives young MD Anderson cancer patients a chance to attend the prom.
