Craving a Shamrock Shake? Here's a healthy recipe you can make at home... just in time for St. Patrick's Day!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15 fresh mint leaves
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • cup cottage cheese (you won't taste it!)
  • 8-10 ice cubes

Add all ingredients into blender, and blend away until smooth. Add whipped cream and a cherry if you're feeling fancy!
