Lil' Rustlers Rodeo teaches special needs children how to be cowboys

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Lil Rustler's Rodeo took center stage this week at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Children with special needs took the center stage, interacting with animals and learning how to be a real cowboy.
