2-year-old boy allegedly found licking bong inside running car

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A woman charged with felony endangerment after a 2-year-old boy was found licking a bong in her car faced a judge today.

Teliscia Davis, 24, was arrested Friday.

According to court documents, the small child was discovered alone inside a running vehicle, with the windows down. As the child sat in the front seat, deputy constables said he was licking a bong.

Davis allegedly did not seek medical treatment for the boy.
