Authorities repairing gas leak downtown

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- UPDATE 3:50 p.m. The area has re-opened, officials say.

Energy Insights is on the scene of a gas leak at the intersection of Andrews Street and Shaw Street in downtown Houston.

The Office of Emergency Management asks that motorists avoid the area.

No other details have been released.
