McNeill allegedly had about 200 images and videos showing children in various sexual acts.

The 51-year-old man has been a food service worker at Seven Lakes High School since 2012.

Katy ISD officials say there is no evidence any student at Seven Lakes or any other Katy ISD school was a victim in this case.

McNeill was previously cited for speeding, but that is as extensive as his criminal record appears.

Eyewitness News reporter Jeff Ehling attempted to speak with someone at McNeill's home, but no one answered the door.

This morning the Katy ISD Police Department, along with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agents, arrested Alan Wayne McNeil, a central office food service employee assigned to Seven Lakes High School, and charged him with possession and receipt of child pornography.

Due to the nature of this investigation and because it is a pending federal prosecution case, we cannot elaborate on the details of McNeil's arrest.

However, we know that McNeil was being watched by the FBI, and electronic evidence seized from his home led to his arrest.

While this is still an ongoing investigation, we have been informed that no Katy ISD students are involved.

The District has initiated the process of termination for this employee.

In Katy ISD, the safety of all students is our top priority, and we will continue to cooperate fully with the FBI during this investigation.
