Everyone loves a good breakfast hash and B&B Butchers is revealing the secret to its brunch staple (KTRK)

B&B Butchers is a modern take on the steak house and is fast becoming a new restaurant among Houstonians. You can spice up your weekend brunch with their epic take on the perfect hash which is guaranteed to bring everyone to the table.

Hash Ingredients

-2 large baked potatoes (cook at 350 till soft, then peel and dice small)
-1/4 cup of very small diced green bell peppers
-1/4 cup of very small diced onion
-Salt and pepper
-1/2 stick of butter
-6 ounces roast beef
-2 poached eggs

B&B Butchers' Crab Louis Salad

Hollandaise Ingredients
-4 egg yolks
-2 tsp of lemon juice
-1 cup of melted unsalted butter
-1/2 tsp tabasco
-1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-Salt and white pepper

1. Mix diced potatoes,red onions,green bell peppers, cooked roast beef, salt and pepper
2. Heat butter in pan
3. Fry the potato mixture in the pan and fry until browned
4. Remove from heat
5. Top with bacon, then place poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce on top
6. Garnish
7. Let's Eat!
