VIDEO: Garage clerk fights off knife-wielding man

MIAMI BEACH, FL -- A woman working as a parking garage attendant was able to fight off a knife-wielding robber.

Rose Senevil say she was working at the garage in Miami last week just after 4am when the man pulled out a large knife during the attempted robbery.

"He was going to kill me, so I couldn't do nothing," Senevil says.

Surveillance cameras were rolling as a man loops his car around. He gets out, covers his face with his shirt and makes his way into the booth.

"'I want money,'" Senevil says, "That's all he said. 'I want money, I want money, I want money.'"

That is when she decided to fight back. Senevil pushed the man back. You can see him drop the knife. He picks it up and turns his attention to the register.

He then runs out and jumps into his car, driving through a wooden barricade.

Miami Beach police are hoping the surveillance video will help lead them to the man's arrest.
