SEABROOK (KTRK) --Residents in Seabrook are dealing with high water in their neighborhood.
If you are planning on driving anywhere near the area, you might want to make other plans. Those in the area tell Eyewitness News that high water happens a few times during the year.
"Just try to stay away from the shoreline," Austin Williams said. "Just throw sandbags down, and try to stay away, that's the only way you really could."
