HCSO: Search underway for woman's attacker in W. Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, TX (KTRK) -- Sheriff's deputies say a man is on the run after attacking a woman near Katy.

Investigators are at the scene on Windy Brook Lane at Colony Trail in west Harris County.

We have learned the victim is 47 years old. Her condition is unknown.

Deputies say they are now searching for the man, who fled the scene.
