No charges for Klein ISD school bus driver after close call with train

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A former Klein ISD bus driver won't face any charges after a close call with a train was caught on camera.

We first reported about the incident last month. Surveillance video showed a bus full of students come dangerously close to a moving train, and the driver appears to be unconcerned.

Nobody was hurt in the incident and the driver has been fired.

The case was handed to a grand jury and they decided not to indict her.
