This is how you break a rodeo record

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- This is how it's done.

Horse rider Nancy Hunter set a new record Thursday night in the Super Series IV Barrel Racing competition for at the 2016 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Hunter successfully maneuvered her horse around the three barrels in just 13.97 seconds. The previous time to beat Thursday night was 14.59 seconds.

Hunter won $3,000.
