Cinnamon Glazed Pecans..

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon vanilla

2 cups sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

8 cups of Pecans

Glaze

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons vanilla

Place water and vanilla in kettle, bring to a boil. Add pecans, stir continuously and cook approx 12 minutes until sugar crystallizes. Add glaze and continue to cook for 30 seconds until all pecans are coated. Remove from heat and place on cookie sheet. Separate to avoid sticking together.
