Video appears to show officer hitting, kicking young man

BALTIMORE, MD (KTRK) -- An officer in Baltimore City Schools is under fire after a video shows him using profanity and slapping a young man across the face.

School officials at The Reach Partnership School confirmed they received a copy of the video Tuesday afternoon.

"I can't get into specifics about what the officer said," Clyde Boatwright, President of the Baltimore City Schools Police Union said.

An investigation is underway, according to officials.
