Man stabbed in chest during bar brawl in north Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man was stabbed in the chest during a brawl at a north Houston sports bar early this morning.

The stabbing happened at the Ojos Locos Bar at Crosstimbers at I-45 near Northline Mall around 3am.

Eyewitness News has learned three people are in custody and two others are sought in the stabbing.

Initially, police say, all suspects ran, but were tracked down at a nearby house.

Police say the suspect who stabbed the man didn't know him and it all started in the parking lot of the bar as one man was leaving and the other was arriving at the bar.

The man who was stabbed is expected to survive.
