Police are searching for a woman after deadly shooting in SE Houston, Foti Kallergis reports.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man was found dead near a vehicle that was parked in a south Houston area flea market parking garage Tuesday.

According to investigators, the man drove the white Ford SUV into the parking lot Tuesday just after 5:30pm with a female passenger. The man parked the SUV on the second floor of the parking garage locate in the 9800 block of Airport Boulevard. Detectives said minutes later, the female passenger was seen getting into a scuffle the man.

"It appears that she fired from the passenger side or seat of the vehicle or just outside the passenger door.," said Houston Police Detective Michael Arrington. "From there, she exits the parking garage and heads towards Airport Boulevard."

Police said surveillance video from the parking garage shows the female suspect has long dreads. Witnesses told police the woman was holding a gun when she ran away from the parking garage.

The victim has not been identified. Police would only say that he's in his late 20's to early 30's.
