FRIENDSWOOD, TX (KTRK) -- Friendswood police hope you can help them catch a guy they say got into the garage of a home and stole beer and wine from the refrigerator.

It happened early Monday morning at a home in the 1200 block of Beechwood Drive. The homeowner's dog started barking, waking up the residents inside who noticed a car leaving the area.

The homeowner found his garage door open and beer missing from the refrigerator.

When he checked his home security, he saw a white male walking up to his fence. The suspect then reached over and opened the unlocked garage.

The suspect has his shirt pulled over his head with just a small part of his face showing. Once inside the garage, he's seen taking beer and wine from the refrigerator.

After he left, he walked to the neighbor's yard and was possibly picked up by a vehicle that came into the cul-de-sac.

The suspect is described as young and tall, possibly in his late teens. Police say he has a very distinctive nose.
